    • Collection Method: Company name is requested during sales process. Purchase history stored in our internal database.

  • Support Files

    • Data: CAD files, screenshots, log files or other technical materials you voluntarily send us.

    • Collection Method: You send to us if you require technical support.

  • Technical Data

    • Data: IP address, browser type, essential session cookie

    • Collection Method: collected automatically by Wix when you browse the Site.

We do not intentionally collect special‑category or sensitive personal data, nor do we knowingly collect data from anyone under 16 years of age.

4. Why Do We Collect this Data?

5. How do we Share this Data?

We do not share any data for promotional, advertising or marketing purposes. We also do not sell any data.

 

Where strictly required, we may share the above data for the following reasons:

  • Service Provision. Data may be shared with a hosting provider or backup provider, to allow us to function as a business. These service providers are constrained by strict data-processing requirements.

  • Professional Services. Data may be shared with our accountants, auditors or solicitors who require limited data for professional purposes and are bound by confidentiality.

  • Business transactions or legal requirements. If Qubicad is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale, or where disclosure is required by law or court order.

6. How long do Qubicad Keep this Data?

  • Emails and support file data are retained for 5 years after the last correspondence, then deleted.

  • Licence records (name, company, e‑mail, licence key, purchase history) are retained for 7 years after licence expiry or last purchase to meet accounting and warranty obligations.

  • Server logs are retained for 90 days for security monitoring.

  • ​All data is deleted when no longer required.

If you are in the UK, EU or EEA, you are legally entitled to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.

  • Request correction of inaccurate data.

  • Request deletion or restriction of processing where legally possible.
